Created on the occasion of the 40th anniversary of the Imperial, Barceló Imperial Premium Blend 40 Aniversario is blended from old reserves of Imperial aged between 8 and 10 years in ex-Bourbon barrels and has benefited from an additional 2 years of maturation in French oak barrels that have contained Sauternes.
