APPEARANCE
Amber colored.
BODY
Full, pleasant and smooth.
NOSE
Rich and fruity Victoria plums, Reine Claudes, perhaps also a bit of dried orange peel with some butterscotch or rum toffee, followed by a hint of smoke.
TASTE
Initially sweet, then more assertive, with a hint of smoke. The whole thing gives a warm feeling. Develops in the direction of smoke, coal tar and toffee.
FINISH
Medium length, with a slight surprise of chilli peppers in the aftertaste.
