Elijah Craig is a Bourbon whiskey named after the Baptist minister who invented the process of aging whiskey in oak in 1700. Originating from the United States and made from a mix of various ages between eight and twelve years old. A small batch Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey with a wonderfully complex aroma of vanilla and soft sweet fruit and just a small hint of mint that follows the whole. But its taste takes a slightly different turn, more spicy, smooth and warm. Peaky notes of oak with various accents of spices including nutmeg, surrounded by a light note of smoke. This bourbon has an alcohol percentage of 47% and has a brown, almost copper-like color.
