On the nose you will get complex but balanced combination between these aromas: Orange peel, subtle vanilla, green apples, almonds, dark chocolate, caramel, toffee, raisins hints of figs dates and nutmeg
-
Palate:
A complex and well balanced single malt by The Macallan. This rich and oily mouthfeel gives you flavors of rich red fruits with expressions of green apples, figs, dates, dark chocolate, vanilla, caramel, nutmeg, and hints of oak shavings and brown sugar
-
Finish:
Medium long but complex finish with smooth and warming notes of vanilla, caramel, oak, dates, figs and raisins.

Conclusion:
A rich and complex expression of the Macallan. I really enjoy this one and it really lets you enjoy a good glass of single malt whisky. With every sip you will experience the complex flavors Macallan had to offer. Its just old enough to give you the complex and balanced flavors but yet not too overpowering.
