    A smoky and malted barely nose with aromas of bright and fresh red fruits, apricot, mashed cereals, a touch of clove and spices.

  • Palate:

    Aromatic peat smoke and a powerful palate with lots of toasted vanilla and caramelized sugar. Deep flavors of nuts, honeydew. hints of sherry, cracked black pepper, cloves and oak shavings.

  • Finish:

    A swift and clean finish with lingering vanilla, smoke and malted barley.

  • Conclusion:

    A nice presentation from Highland Park. It gives you enough complexity to enjoy what's in your glass. But also its sips way too easy.
