  • Opened, partially consumed, or altered items are not eligible for return unless they are defective.

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Perishable or opened items.

3. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on stock availability and customer preference. Photographic proof of the defect or damage may be required.

4. Right of Withdrawal Process

  • You have the right to return an item within 14 days of receiving it, provided the product is in its original condition.
  • To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us via email or in writing, stating your intent to return the product.
  • Once we acknowledge your withdrawal request, you must return the product within 14 days from that notification.

5. Return Methods

  • In-Store Returns: You may return products in-store. Simply bring the item, along with proof of purchase, to the nearest store location.
  • Online Returns: Notify us of your intent to return through email at livingbythedram@gmail.com. Once confirmed, you can ship the item back to the address provided.

6. Shipping Costs

  • If you are returning a non-defective product, you are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item.
  • For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

7. Refunds

Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

8. Exchanges

We allow exchanges for eligible items. Contact our customer service team to initiate an exchange. If the product is no longer available, we will offer a refund or suggest an alternative.

9. International Orders

For international orders, the right of withdrawal and return policies apply. However, any additional shipping costs related to returns from outside the EU will be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
