Big Peat Whisky is a blended Islay whisky consisting of a collection of premium drinks from Ardbeg, Caol Ila, Bowmore and Port Ellen.
On the nose there are round aromas of coffee, caramel, vanilla and chocolate, which are quickly followed by hints of seafood such as oysters, anise, peat and barley.
On the palate, this whiskey contains rich flavors of peat and more peat, followed by toffee and dark chocolate. Simple but incredibly tasty!
The finish is long and dry, with hints of earth and a spicy touch of eucalyptus and notes of peat.
