On the nose you will get a fresh and fruity nose with lots of tropical fruits and fresh pineapple, mango sorbet, root ginger, vanilla, honey, citrus fruits. But also hints of delicate peat smoke.

Palate:
Oily on the palate with flavors of cool, fresh tropical fruits like pineapple, ripe mango sorbet, and lots of vanilla all in balanced with each other. But also some honey and hints of spicy smoke and ginger root. With a bit of water added to the whisky the tropical and citrus flavors will be more present and the delicate peat smoke and spices will flow more to the back.

This 17 year old single malt whisky from Highland Park is matured in 1st Fill Ex- Bourbon barrels and you can taste the sweetness and some complexity back in your glass. Fresh, Sweet but complex and delicate at the same time.
