Nose:
A sweet and full nose with a lot of aromas of malt and rye, citrus fruits, stone fruits like apricots, almonds, vanilla, raisins and cereal.

Palate:
On the palate more flavors of a combinations of rye and malt. Starts of with an oily mouthfeel with cereal and malt, than more citrus and stone fruits pop up. Slowly mellows into vanilla, caramel, brown bread and raisins. Wood spices are noticeable and hints of almonds and coconut.

Finish:
Medium long finish with a cereal and malted finish and hints of raisins and spices in the end.

Conclusion:
A nice and fruity combination of malt and rye whisky. Cley knows what they are doing by maturing and finishing their whisky. This whisky is fresh, spicy and oily.
