On the nose we will have sweet but complex sherry aromas with underlying citrus notes with ginger, orange peel, vanilla and oak, accompanied by a touch of smoke.

Palate:
On the palate we taste a rich, balanced and oily aromas of sweet vanilla and oranges with ripe raspberry and baked green apples. In the back of the palate we will notice some subtle dried fruits and spices like black cracked pepper and baking spices like cinnamon, nutmeg ending with a delicate but noticeable hints of smoke.

Medium long finish with caramel en vanilla and hints of burned and charred oak and soft smoke
