Indonesia is the largest producer of spices in the world. So creating a spicy NAGA rum was a given. We named it MALACCA after the port in Malaysia from which ships loaded with Asian fruits and spices left for Europe. Kumquat bark, the flesh of Indonesian jambu (java apples),
Citronella and cinnamon are used to give Indonesian Batavia Arrack rum citrus flavors
and give it a final freshness. Its generous, exuberant taste is dominated by flavors of mandarin, lime and pear.
The last note is fresh and sparkling.
