Irreplaceable whiskeys have been used from distilleries that have closed their doors for several years. The whiskey is made with malts from Pittyvaich, Mannochmore, Auchcroish, Gragganmore, Royal Lochnagar and Strathmall. And grain whiskeys from Port Dundas and Carsebridge. You taste sweet, fruity notes of apple that come together with autumn aromas. This is followed by a hint of cinnamon with berries and vanilla. It has an alcohol content of 43.8%.
