The Cley Distillery, on the Kleiweg in Rotterdam, makes both whisky and gin based on the Dutch distilling tradition developed in the 17th century. Cley uses exclusively organic raw materials from the region. Distiller Paul den Dulk knows how to give the products their own character with his extensive experience in the world of flavors.
This whisky, made from locally purchased barley malt, has been distilled three times. Matured in bourbon barrels, finished on moscatel casks.
