Taste note
-
Colour:
Deep amber
-
Nose:
Classic Dalwhinnie aromas of flowers, honey and green fruit – apples and fresh pair. Clean and precise. Nice honeyed warmth
-
Palate:
Very soft on the palate, with slightly warming honeyed fruit. Soothing texture, with light floral notes mingling with soft fruits and just a touch of spice.
-
Finish:
Soft spice and sweet honey.
-
Conclusion:
Dalwhinnie makes enchanting, easy-drinking drams. Winter’s Gold is in the same vein as the stands 15yo, with soft fruit and gentle heather-honey notes. Very approachable and satisfying.
